Owner Vlad Costa with Larry Mosman in front of 15.quince Grill & Cantina in Jerome Arizona
In 2006, Vlad Costa, with an extensive intercultural background and exceptional experience in culinary arts, found a home in an infamous western town perched atop Cleopatra Hill – far from the Bolivian Andes and the frenetic restaurant culture of New York City. When the opportunity arose to buy the former Red Rooster restaurant, Vladimir Costa was ready and more than up to the challenge.
Look for him seven days a week doing what he loves best . . . behind the 15.quince grill and cantina’s smiling calavera on Main Street, in Jerome, Arizona.
